Gaited Horses

This can be ridden at any speed and is incredibly smooth and comfortable for the rider as there is no moment of suspension. Some Icelandics possess a fifth gait, Flying Pace, a two-beat lateral gait used for racing over short distances and is spectacular to watch and exhilarating to ride.
